CAD/CAM
Our CAD/CAM programming system allows us to receive, draw or modify your CAD file quickly and accurately, unfold it for punching production, and generate a program for any of our punching machines. The program is downloaded to the production floor, and is immediately available for part production. It is possible for us to react to emergencies by going from part request to shipment in less than a week.
Our programming and engineering staff work together to find the most cost effective way to produce your parts. By using solid model technology to check form fit and function most if not all interference problems can be addressed before any material and production costs are incurred.
