Precision Sheet Metal Forming
 | We have the machines and experience to process close tolerance precision formed parts. The Amada press is one of the most accurate forming presses in the world, and we currently have eight Amada press brakes. Setup is done very quickly using the computer controlled gauging system. Multi-staging of various flange lengths and widths is common practice. The result is a precision formed part using fewer setups and less labor hours for reduced cost to you. |
Our machines have up to 125 ton capacity and can form up to 8 feet long. Along with these standard press brakes, Vista Industrial Products, Inc. also has four robotic press brakes that allow parts to be formed with minimal operator involvement.
