Besides VIP’s quality manufacturing, great customer service, and wide range of capabilities, another great aspect about VIP is its shipping department. We understand that manufacturing parts is costly for a company. It can be even more costly if the company is far away or overseas or if their parts aren’t packaged correctly and become damaged. Many manufacturers only have a packaging department and have all the parts ship out using major freight companies. This is where VIP is different! We have our own fleet trucks to provide free delivery of parts to local companies. (We do use other freighting companies for customers who are not local or who prefer to use specific freight companies.) Not only does it provide cost savings to our customers, but it also allows us more flexibility to ship and deliver parts. For instance, if parts are to be delivered by a certain time and FedEx or UPS doesn’t deliver them in time…well, then there’s a problem. If parts are to be picked up by FedEx or UPS by a certain time in order to delivered by a specific time, this creates a lot of pressure. We all know that rushing isn’t in the vocabulary of “quality parts.” As a result we have the ability to package parts to your specifications and deliver them with our trucks without the costly shipping fees of packaging and freighting companies.
